I just made my sunshine juice, full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to boost immunity for hardcore training (or a stressful work week), and help with digestion to push those healthy foods thru your system. Watch my IG Story for details but here’s my final recipe for three 10oz juices - 1 large kale bundle, 2 large beets, 2 medium carrots, 2 oranges (one with peel), 3-inch piece of ginger, 4 celery stalks.
